I could be wrong, but I don't believe these are tradeable? You get the black one by speaking with the Chrome Droid on Blackstar after you have the red, yellow and green packs. Keep in mind I've not done Guardian/Director runs to see if black packs drop, and I've not been fortunate enough to come across a dev/droid giving away the black packs. :P

The ones dropped by the bosses are tradable, but black isn't dropped, only the colored ones. The ones from the quests and droid though aren't tradable. (devs said)

Ive gotten several via quests and droid, they are very tradeable....of course i havent been on since last night, has there been a patch since then?

The Chrome Jetpack isnt tradeable/or sellable.
The Red Jetpack, Yellow Jetpack, And the Green Jetpack are tradeable/sellable.
I will be happy to sell you all 3 of them so you can get your black one. IGN:Rawrimafish my other toon has all my jet packs that are tradeable/sellable so add Rawrimafish or Rawrimafisher :) Hope I helped
