A while ago, a member sent me a PM asking me for some help on building a Sexy Shiv Bear (mainly a PvE build). So I sent him this PM detailing the build stuffing. Consider it a unintentional guide.
This is a full DEX build.
Gear:
Level 30
Any helm of you choice
Snipers Battle Crossbow (You can also use a Jewel Thiefs Thin Dagger)
Snipers Bone Tunic
Level 35
Snipers Dead-Eye Derby
Swamp Rats Shiv
Mambooza Croc Scale Leather
Swamp Rats Black Wing Shield
WARNING: Do not level in the swamps of difficulty and sorrow. Buy Skeller Crunch, and level there. Seriously.
Level 40
Scorpion Helm of Horus
Swamp Rats Shiv
Scorpion Leather of Horus
Menes Wing of Horus
At this point, it may get a little tough. Horus gear doesn't add any h/s or m/s, and DEX versions of Isis nor Thoth gear exist. So, you will be using up ALOT of mana pots.
Level 45
Scorpion Helm of Thoth (3% crit, 6m/s) One Thoth item is all you need.
Desert Dagger of Osiris (45-46 Damage, 0.6 Speed, 8 Str, 6% Dodge, 3% Crit) No Isis.
Scorpion Leather of Isis (8%, 6 h/s)
Menes Wing of Isis (8%, 6h/s)
Isis gear is IDEAL. DEX tanks need as much dodge as they can get their furry paws on. It also has the highest armor rate and some smexy h/s, so bonus!
Skill Set:

Buff up: Iron Blood, Rage, Evade, Taunt (If you can max this out, go ahead. It gives you additional dodge.)
Debuff: Super Mega Slash (stuns), Crushing Blow, and Hellscream.
Attack: Use your combat skills.
Buff, debuff, combat skills, then repeat.
Keep in mind that I haven't done a respec on this character. So, anything with one skill point isn't needed, and can be invested into Taunt.
Not the greatest guide in the world, but atleast it's something that you can base your build around. Add some feedback yo!
