i beleive l21 and 23 gear have the same stats so it might be easier to just buy the 21s since they're overfarmed relative to 23s

There not the same stats but lv23 are harder to find.

i just compared l21 eq bracer to the l23 in cs they're the same

23 is +0 armor lol

The bow does about 2 more damage and the armor 1 more armor. The helms are the same.
