We been farming for them since the release and nada. I was mad but now Im laughing at it cuz I know its a waste of time trying to get it to drop. ESPECIALLY when Carapace says the elixirs give a "slim to none" chance to rerolling onto a vanity lol. I know two people using elixirs that say it didn't reroll onto the vanity but just popped in normally. Another friend who didn't use an exlir had it dropped in the same area.

Which means elixirs are deemed useless for vans but get ya hella pinks. A slim to none chance is basicly the same as without having an elixir on.

Wasted gold for nothing. Smh. The Gamer Set & Undead Mask are like hunting X-Rays... Will drop after months of straight farming for hours each day if you're in game on a regular basis but will randomly pop up for people who barely play. LMAO!

That's not what he said. He said slim-to-none chance of a vanity dropping OFF A BOSS. But he said elixirs CAN cause a re-roll that results in a vanity.

there is a chance it will re roll into a gem, and vanities can also be rerolled if the vanity exists on that level. They do not drop off of bosses, so chances of a pink rolling into a vanity is slim to none.

Wow, 1 million? Maybe I have to rethink about selling mine to Rolocoaster, after I have had fun with mine. There are two views, which I have seen on these forums and I think apply to this vanity item drop (or buy if someone offers to sell to you)

(1) make a vanity or title super rare so there is a sense of accomplishment if you get it or receive it [undead antlers mask / gamers costume]
(2) make it attainable so that several (not many) can get, feel challenged, and get a sense of accomplishment in obtaining it [eagle or snake mask]

Two sides of coin ... if you dont have it, you most likely want the drop rate increased .... if you got it, your probably saying wicked, I got a really rare item and it should be kept that way. I'm sure eventually you will see more people around town wearing it sooner or later.
