I noticed this the first day when I was writing down the stats for the Forgotten items in CS. When you look at all the forgotten bows, they all have 2 out of 3 important stats (hit/crit/dodge). All, except for the Hastily Forgotten Bow (L51-55). The Hastilies just have crit, and not even much (2). Sure it has 6 Mana; more than any other Forgotten item. But really? Mana? The next two bows (Impulsively / Quickly) up to L65 have Mana ...
