maybe dumb ideas, but...

Feature request:
When the "forgot password" self-service is fed with an e-mail address which actually does not match an existing account, please notify about "wrong e-mail address" instead of silently dropping the request.
This would greatly help users who have dozens of addresses and can't remember which one was used during the registration process earlier, or users who are in belief that the game-login will also grant access to the support system.

Feature request:
Use a single login for ALL areas (game, forums, support) instead of forcing users to register 3 times.
