For 3.6k health I use, noble of will set. (I don have noble of security set too), Ornate braid of security (level 29 lols) and gleipnir.

My max dmg is just 260...

AFAIK, as long as the enemy get tight, rogue can hit all mobs in range. At least that was what i saw (the dmg and crits).
