Difficulty of the elite maps aren't supposed to be the problem.. They're supposed to be difficult, right? IMO, they should be made slightly harder, something that'll even make the top geared players...

Instead of decreasing the cooldown of the shield, I think the shield just needs to be able to absorb more damage, or just make it last a whole 15 seconds. My shield doesn't even last 15 seconds...
