Globally, to enter in TOP 50, u have to get a 300-400+ members guild who have good stats & does good stats in PVP & PVE each week... Ranking is for 1...

To get into the top 50, it is purely based on total Achievement Points for the guild (member AP's like those given in elite maps, normal quests, arena challenges, etc.).

Once in the top 50, there...

1) Only guild members level 20 (i.e. half the current level cap) or above are included in the calculations.
2) The top 50 guilds by total achievement points make the list.
