In terms of DPS, and sustained damage (DPM, max damage) the Rusk Bow performs better than the other weapons by ~7.5%

'Forced March' is (and has always been) 25% non-stacking speed.
'Evading Charge' is 10% stacking speed.

There aren't any cooldowns on the weapons.

To be fair there could be large armor debuffs to make excess armor useful. Rather have armor than mana

Those vanities are awful. How about Hellraiser inspired vanities?

We're aware of the stat issue and are looking into it.

You will need to click on the Egg crafting component and then select a Pet Egg to use in the recipe.
