In endmage pvp I have seen one good dexbear: papapat. But he is str/dex. Nice you agree :), but yes it is possible to be good with dex but str is better IMO

Yes each class has its special and specific role.
Mages help clear crowds, rev, heal.
Birds take down single targets or tanks.
Bears tank for team and cap.

There is no shame in losing to an elite player. You said everytime you go fight one you lose right? Isn't that the way it is supposed to be? The vanity does help, but I promise any top elite player...

There are so many people around the world with diff timezones that plays the game. If we had a ingame clock it would be alot...

Just finished the match between ARG TEAM and RP TEAM. Unfortunately, i can't upload those scores i took. But here is the result...

This was a tough one... At anytime in mostly everyones gameplay they have or been anyone of those things listed in the OP.

Bears: debowe, papapat, masterhoon, cloak, hahas bear, zeus.

Best bears i've ever played with were Anajefez, Papapat, Naoraskauisa, Xcn, Arytra-something(randomly generated name). Well that's about all i can remember atm.
