Unfortunately, your examples aren't the best they could be. Those AP you mentioned only take time and if you think about it, they're really not actual 'achievements'.. If you get what I'm saying....

To get cd's straightened out:
All heals: 15 seconds (Rogue, Sorcerer and Warrior)
Arcane Shield: 30 seconds

Now, I hope you know the cooldowns on your skills.
