Seriously, how hard is it to not take part in a event you don t like? Some are good for Beginners to farm gold (Lovecraft), some target more ambitious Players who want LB Banners (Gauntlet), etc.......

I think each season of maps should have a "something special" extra drop. Like teeth, they would be rare (but farmable) in Normal, and double odds in Elite.
