There is not specific number for the quest you have done, but under adventuring in achievements it shows if you have done all the quests in each area, so you can see what places you need to finish....

Yes, also try the watchers tombs 3 because the clear time in very quick and its amazing for kills. I would say only do watchers tombs if you are soloing though. Have fun
