Why on earth would devs want to prevent this? This is exactly what they are after! A weekend of crazy people buying platinum to race to 76 to grab an egg and a title. Their investors must be rubbing...

Why aren't you working for STS? That makes a whole lot of sense....except that they wouldn't have got such a huge boost to their bank balance this weekend. Money see? The root of all evils! :)

I too am an 'oldie' and have been in pl from virtually the start. I am also familiar with working in a team and using my skills. I do not use a thrasher in every run but, the choice is mine to make....
