Yea it's a weird glitch that was happening in Halloween. The problem is, the players 4 levels below take more damage, and they do less damage.

It's just luck, I found him 4 times in one run.

In watchers tomb 4, I find him almost in almost every run I do :)

I've also found him one time in planar tombs 2, but watchers is a way better bet.

Blinky has been farmed a lot so he's not going up.

Mythic armor has the highest damage and crit but I rarely use it anymore since Druid came out. The health and armor loss isn't worth the damage gain IMO but I don't use shield.
