Prices are just way too high bud. Last season second mythic weapon release was a double odds weekend. They have been high prices and super rare for a good while. Idk I just don't think they should be...

No, you can get arcanes mythics and pets at any level. Arcanes/mythics will be there set level. Pinks will only scale to your level.
