What stats needed for mage?

Did u mean why they put '11 chars' at some messages?
If so its because of the message ppl get for short messages which doesnt have at least 11 characters when replying to a thread.

Im not quite sure if this is good but i use heroic scorn(45 primary stat 40 int ) for stat but i dont get enough health but when swap for nightshade i get more than h scorn...
