Well, the tittle says it all, but ill go into detail. Guild hoppers, beggers, and just flat out annoying people (Even if they change there name, deleting toon and remaking is the only way)....

The Rogues SP, NB and AS are all on 2 second cooldowns meaning it eats mana.

For a warrior SS is 4 seconds, AT is 7 and WM is 10.
