These are "dummies" used to farm kills. (Why Mages? Because they are squishy and the easiest to kill.)...

Mythics will be tradeable, but not the upgraded ones. You could get the actual ones by locked or trade and do the quest for upgrading. It seems simply and I am happy with de decission. Thanks to STS.
