If you already have arcane equipment with good awakenings , the mythic set is not so good
The mythic staff drops stats much from when you use Skrach staff but is needed.

New myth set is op. Imo u can keep also ur abys armor and swap via hot bar just after it procs with myth set. Tho ebon armor proc is better for me cause haste.
So I would suggest ebon armor +mythic...

They're the same thing. Internally we use the term "reroll", player-facing it's called "luck" (albeit inconsistently). We'll look into making the player-facing text consistent.

Rifle's proc chance is ridiculously low, and we need 2 charged attacks to trigger 2nd proc. I see other classes not only triggering proc easier but also dealing more dmg when it happens. How is this...

It has never been 'hard to charge'. Problems are very different, for example the bias on weapons power. Staff got nerfed -65%dmg (i asked myself for nerf, just not that much) and rifle is utterly...
