There's no damage cap. It can be as high as it gets. Some buffs stack(new pets, yes werewig does).

For evg just get decent bd/ed(40bd/20ed) mix with OK stats. Main thing for evg is to not die,...

I have no idea abt damage % cap but electra hb + aa with damage boosting(stacking) like arc reppy do stack, so you can have a total of 60% damage %.
80-100bd is good bd for starters, future upgrades...

These items are kinds rare in auc so what you should do is post them for 10x price because that's what they are worth now somehow:) very common today
