Bottom line is fix Arcane Sword's procs. I think rogues can still compete in pvp with a proper team. Depends on your set up, skill set and ping. xD

i would like to see "respect" points in addition to kdr. like if u kill someone with better kdr than you, you get more points, etc.
this can also discourage kill farming like as if firing cannons...
