Search:

'Forced March' is (and has always been) 25% non-stacking speed.
'Evading Charge' is 10% stacking speed.

These appear to work as expected, other than the description on Forced March, which I'll...

Midas and Rigel are in elite map2. Other 2 rares are in elite map 3 and 4. Midas spawns behind the gate in the middle top. Other rares spawn on the place of the minibosses.
