Rabid bite: Useful for extra mobility, but damage increase per rank is low. Plus it's bugged when ranked 2+ (won't leap if your target isn't within 8m of you). I'd suggest you leave it at rank 1....

Based on my experiences 22, 30 and 51 are the best levels for fox.

Level 22: plat pack hammer foxes are overpowered at this level. Dex foxes are fun but underpowered.

BSM might be harder than previous campaigns, but it's still super easy. Compared to every other game I play, PL is by far the most easiest of them all. And yes, normally I don't use elixirs.

He played few months in hardcore mode, became celebrity, got a good job and lost some weight in the process. Doesn't sound so bad.

I haven't tried level 10 fox pvp, but I would try this nuke build:
