My Phantom set. Got called "pro" for the first time while using it, and somewhere in the thousands for "noob".

You couldnt equip it on level 1-3 characters anyway.

I say this would be a great idea, others may disagree. But, in my defense, I say let them be level 1 vanities but, only grant the achievement on lv60+ characters when equipped.
