Go for all fury. It just gets expensive with all fury.

I use like 70% fury,for the rest i use diamond and nature jewel for more health and amor. curremtly have 8 fortified fury jewels,5 excellent diamond jewel and 3 excellent nature,1 fortified nature...

Depends what gear are you using. Tell us whats your HP and Armor without and with pet that you use for tanking.
