Since you are lv22, i think you might be better just stay there. Next possible best level is the endgame zone, totally different from where you are in many aspects. And long XP grinding...

Frost's egg and Cerella's egg can be obtained from Klaas. (along with Horton's, Deary's, Tankton's, and Alejandro's eggs)

I am pretty sure that Alejandro's egg can only be obtained from Klaas.

My suggestion

(1) Increase spawn rate for lower level characters. For example, the spawn rate is the same for lv11 in Ydra Forest, lv16 in Dead City, lv21 in Kraken Elses, lv26 in Nordr, and lv31...

Actually, the dot tells you that -

gray - enemy 4+ levels lower (no exp)
green - enemy 3 levels lower
darker green - enemy 2 levels lower
light blue - enemy 1 level lower
blue - enemy same...
