Breeze stuns for 7 seconds, stuns on passive as well and auto targets you so no matter what you do AT LEAST one of your teammates WILL get frozen.

Slag stuns for 2.5...

Plus check dummy farmers to ban.
Dev shpuld check their kill history to see how people get their kills(not sure if possible tho)

You are welcome. I am not saying it has not happened in the past, but names inevitably become valuable as the game ages, and it does feel unfair (as the OP has pointed out).

I tried 23, and I must say that the balance between damage and armor/health is very nice. I think that there are solid guilds there, but until they learn to play fair I can't see that bracket...
