Hailstone Gem - No effects or Small effect

Killing Hailstone Gem - Small effects or better effect (brighter or larger) than normal...

Your issue seems to be more with one weapon, in which case I wouldn’t ask devs to create this no proc button for all items with procs

Respectfully, it is up to you to play and discover the strategies.

Sorry, no plans to change this. The non-class-specific locked crate is set at 600. The class-specific locked crates (sold in limited quantities in the store) are set to 300.
