Answering, Yes mages can combo rogues, but it depends a lot, it need to be an so op geared mage, and rogues cant be with with nekro, glow or razor on.
Any rogue middle geared, can aimshot kill mage...

Mages can one combo kill too, im not complaining about combo kills, and yes its was possible in lasts seasons too. But i agree with low budget servers issue cuz we all experience lag when big events...

I play as mage, but i don't agree with speed set issue, cuz q rogue can farm spawm kill without the need to move. They attack from long distance, speed set helps them to get mana and go back to...

The problem IS NOT the speed set, IT IS THE "Spawn Kill" u are killed while ur screen is loading it takes only 1 sec can be more (ping relative), but 1 sec is enough to get 1 hit / combo kill, mages...
