If u r playing normal maps for pve kills start from garetta maps, in case u want some elite APs along with kills as well start from Elite Tindirin..

If you are already capped at 61, i believe mobs in normal glintstone,underhul and somberholt maps are still granted pve kills. Other than that, tombs(except planar),mines and other campaign map...
