1. Yes you can use gold to buy founders stuff from cs. You can't get this from mob or boss.

Is it available? A lvl 1 founder pink? I have tried several time opening chest and founder chest, but never been able to get any level 1 stuffs. It has always been a level 2 or 3 weapon or armor.
