Yup, people with better (stable) ping will have a advantage, BUT that doesn't mean that they will kill you in a few secs. You can Always fight back by using combo's EVEN when you have a disadvantage.

Yup, i had to face that problem too. Luckily i did some plat offers and bought some 25 craft slots for 20 plats... If you don't have plat, i'd highly suggest to buy some in auction. they're around...

I got elon bow and PP, they don't give a additional extra armor...So i'm looking at around 1500 armor with imbued set and Arc Ring. Where the other 200 armor is will stay a mystery :/ (Until Zeus...

1. Nope, a vanity is a vanity and stays a vanity.... Only your equipt weapon can proc.

2. Nope, it will be gone as soon as you craft it into a vanity :)
