Prolonged Spin? almost.... -____-

At Warrior in the Windmill skill there's an other skill called Prolonged Spin. It should increase the duration of Windmill by 25%. But after unlocking this skill the Windmill lasts shorter than before. Today I made a few new warriors and I saw this at all of them. I found this bug only at my newly leveled warriors. It seems like it's working fine at the "older" warriors that have every subskill unlocked at Windmill.
Now the charged Windmill stops immediately after two seconds!

Is it occurs every single time you use or just sometimes? Because sometime slow Internet connection is the cost of the problem. But if it consistency then idk:concern:

My connection is fine.. I checked again with the higher lvl ones too, and the Windmill seems to last shorter at them too than it did before. But not as short as it lasted with the new ones on dungeons. I don't know.. weird.

The actual windmilling lasts shorter, but a whirlwind will still spin around you for awhile after you stop spinning. It continues to do damage.

For me (after a few hours of game with different characters) it seems like that the spin is shorter, but the hits take higher damages. Or just the enemies became weaker since new lvlcap.
