Dear Developer,
This item dont seem to be having 0.4 attack speed according to it's description. It seems to be having 0.5 attack speed.
Is it also supposed to have an additional special proc other than the bleed minus h/s proc?
This is a pretty item. I would love to see it's new prowess.
I believe it will boost up sales for this item after that?
