What are the best pve weapons for rogue up to 70 and 80lvl? (except duggar if we're talking about up.to 80lvl weapons).
I'd go for tainted sets. These are good budget equipments. The prices for the lower tier ones sre quite affordable too.

Ebon dags for mobs and dug/ebon bow for bosses are quite good imo for relatively low budget.
If u were to do lower lvl content like kt4, i recommend duskbringer bow
Don underestimate this legend bow
Vry common but the proc feels like arcane
