NPC's are disappearing!

I just noticed something else interesting about this game. I was 'talking' to one of the NPC's and all of a sudden they disappeared! When I exited the page, I realized I was no where near them. This may not be considered a bug but I thought it should be brought to attention. I couldn't figure out how to reproduce the error until yesterday. For this thing to happen, you have to click to a location far away from you (and not use the joystick to walk away) and click on the NPC before they're out of the screen.

Anyways... I thought I'd let people know. I don't think it's a terrible 'bug' (if it is even considered one).

Were you lagging?

No lagging. I have a good connection. :) I have to purposefully walk away for this to happen.
