Try playing through a different internet connection. If that works, it means it's something wrong with your current connection. If it doesn't, it means it's something wrong with your device, in which case I suggest you go to Settings > Apps > Arcane Legends > Clear Cache Memory and then restart the application. You will have to wait a minute or two since it will re-download the patches but if it's something that can be fixed, this solution will probably help.
