You can't say PvP active anymore even at cap level only few peoples do this.

61 is active atm

A few people including me are trying to revive 23 pvp

Lvl43 most active out of all lower lvl but im not sure how many are left there

I think 61 is probably one of the most active right now I went to 43 for a little bit but it’s slow and not very active

Come to 61 bro. i sold all my op 66 gears and just made a new toon for 61 pvp only. I would say 61 tho, its fun some days when you get some good clashes with peeps. Good luck mate
