I will be starting to buy a new phone and before i buy it. Does a Samsung Galaxy Victory 4G LTE L300 work on PL,SL,DL, and AL?

Not really it has to have an arm7 processor make sure it does or else you won't be able to play any sts games or most other games fur that matter.
