So most skills have a distinct advantage when they r charged. I have been wondering what a crafted razor shield does, I have tested enough to know. Any assistance would be appreciated. I'm not asking about charged skill perks, I'm asking about a charged skill similar to a veil bomb being charged and has a bigger area. Ty for any knowledge.
