Why is this happening? most of warrior players don't even think about getting an arcane sword 56 because arcane sword 46 has a better output damage because of the passive...

No, next expansion you will see warrior weapons progression. You can find a post about it somewhere on the boards. Sts decided dragon sword and aegis where op so warriors didn't get better weapons this time around.
They don't make swords like they used to.
Would you rather get your slightly cheaper, older, dirtier sword dirty or your expensive shiny clean new sword?
I like the proc of drag sword very useful at PvE specially PvP,bMaybe! Immo sword will be useful @61 End Game. Just pray
