If you're only using the sanguine set i'd suggest:
Enough points for san set, rest Str.
There's not much you can do with your skill build at 61. But here's an example.

6666 put rest points in restore or vengeful slash. Use Red Dragon Ring. If you're not that rich, use 2% dodge 10 damage.
With your face I prefer the Koala, if you dont like big ears, try the Krazy bear face, the one with the orange brownish face that gives 1% crit
Full dex 6 beckon 6 stomp, gg
