Been looking for him also, sofar did not find him, tried Old Town Streets, Hospital and the regular maps :confused:Quote:

He is rare. More rare than Satia Mors.
I think it's in the hotel. Ludmila talks about Gudor and Ral'hess being connected. Gudor is located in the hotel room. Btw thank you Cinco for the update!! Read my message, I inboxed you

I can confirm, he does spawn in the hotel. Perhaps other places too??, yet to be confirmed.
They both spawn in the hotel room. It's random but you can invite one person to the spawn if no one else is in the room with you. Costs 10 plat per try so partnering up with someone is the smart way to do it.
Other places ,I think insanely rare for spawn
