heres the fix for amazon users to update new expansion
1. Delete arcane legends from your devices
2. Delete from cloud
3. go to your account
4. click Manage content and devices
5. make sure arcane legends is completely off your amazon account
6. go to amazon appstore for android
7. redownload arcane legends
