When is the level expansion update?

Sorry I could not find the post with the exact date.
Does anyone know? Or is there a chance it will be further delayed?

According to Sam, it's looking like thursday. If it does get delayed i'd imagine early next week.

so we still got roughly 3 days to level our toons up to 21?

No. You can level your toon up to 21 even after the update.. you just wont get the level 21 cap banner.

so if u already have the banner with it be revoked or will u get to keep it?
