I Believe rogue should get a buff on her bows rate of fire and she should be given at least one more AOE ability or at least swap out shadow veil with a shadow bomb which allows you to drop/throw a bomb at your targets. This is only an example but it would be cool if she had one more aoe. If this isn't possible then maybe buff storm arrow letting it do more damage and decrease the CD.
