Wheres Santa Claws? :D

I saw Santa Claws once in the lost expedition town, but I cant find him to receive present? Any help appreciated. :D

i saw him in the lost expedition town and he gave me the worst pink item which i just liquidated

I saw him there too. Then I logged out, and I haven't seen him sense. Also I can find anything about Santa Claws on Facebook. :(
