Game gets stuck and the little dog keeps running

Hello,

I started playing AL via Chrome and it played just fine. After I made it to lvl 6 I logged out and wanted to get back in and I could get to the character page with the big "Play button". Then the loading page with the little cute dog appears and then nothing happens. I mean it's a cute dog but I want to get in and play... Because Chrome didn't work I tried to use Internet Explorer (I really don't like this browser though). Here I couldn't even get to the character page...

Any solutions for this problem?

Please note, my pc specs and internet connection are just fine and I play games like League of Legends smoothly.

I am stuck at authenticating page too.
